Hole puncture in wall, broken curtain rod, moving one hour away and I had entire house packed and the move took about 12 hours. Entirely too long.

After unpacking on the next day, I found a few saucers that were broken; Also, I think because they were tired they did not assemble a tv that was disassembled when they packed it in the truck.

Very good experience. Moving team was very friendly and professional. Price was a little high, but I would use them again and world refer to friends.

My overall experience was excellent. The person who first took my call was very polite and KNOWLEDGEABLE. I prefer knowledge over being polite.
The two guys who moved me were well dressed, looked and conducted themselves professionally. They arrived several minutes ahead of schedule and after reviewing and signing papers they went right to work.
My only concern was they did not have anything to move a heavy mattress. I have a king size Stearns & Foster mattress and it is extremely. The two guys really struggled with getting it loaded. Somewhere in the move, one edge of the mattress got wet and dirty. We traveled through a pretty bad rain storm en-route to my new home. I have not called or complained but this is a $5,000.00 mattress.

Movers were energetic and helpful but did not pay much attention to notes about fragile items or "this side up". There were two or three broken items which seemed to be the result of unstable packing. The tie-downs were not used properly either. I am grateful to them for their speed and for their availability on short notice, but would have liked a bit more care when packing the truck - even if it took a bit longer.

My refrigerator was damaged during the move and the movers complained that even though I had purchased insurance that they would have to pay for it from their check and said I should have signed some form before the move because they said I could have damaged it myself, even though they let it topple over removing it from my storage unit. they complained for hours about my refrigerator and kept saying I should have signed a waiver. Bottom line is that my refrigerator was not damaged until they moved it! They were very unprofessional and even had the nerve to ask for a tip. I won’t use your company again. I also think they fudged the numbers on the hours they worked but I let it go because I wanted them gone ASAP.

The office was exceptionally accommodating. The movers were very friendly & polite. They arrived on time and didn’t waste any time getting started. However, a good portion of my furniture pieces were slightly damaged. Whether it was from lack of padding or use of dollies clanking the furniture down the stairs, I can’t be sure. But the company itself is willingly trying to help resolve the furniture damages.

Everything was great except the fact that one of my brand new kitchen chairs is damaged. There's no where in this survey to submit a photograph. and my electric fireplace is in pieces. Also while they were moving the things out of the previous address, they tore the plate of metal out of the door frame and instead of fixing it, they tossed it in the living room. From what I understand that is going to come out of my security deposit.
The office staff and movers were friendly and got the job done though. I have mixed feelings.

Worst experience I’ve had in 15 moves over the past 10 years. I placed the boxes in the garage for ease and had 3 beds, 4 nightstands, one dresser, 2 sofas, 1 desk/chair, one dining set, bookshelf, small tv cabinet and a coffee table. It took them 11 hours to move me 22 miles. They forgot a piece of one bed. One of the men stood around watching the other one work and had to constantly be told what to do. They were so slow it was painful to watch. I paid for the insurance for damages and had to argue with the manager to get paid for a picture that was damaged and it took about three weeks for them to send someone to repair the deep scratches made to the cabinet. Now I’ve discovered that they took the brackets off one of the bedrails and lost it so I can’t put that bed back together.

We chose 2 men and a truck because we live right by the office. No advertising needed. The price was good for the 3 guys we hired to move some very heavy furniture inside the house. One of the heaviest pieces got damaged, and they missed one still outside. Luckily we could manage that one ourselves. Still we would have never got it in the house at all ourselves, and I would use and recommend them to others.
