I was surprised that the moving team did not arrive ready to help pack up the remaining items. The office team should have ensured I understood that packing and moving were different services. I am also concerned that beginning the day after the move, that I began to receive notifications that someone was trying to open credit accounts in my name. So far they have tried to open 7 credit cards or lines of credit. Fortunately most of those were rejected and I contacted the other businesses to report the activity as fraud. It may have been coincidental, but then again, perhaps not.

Six months prior to this move we had the worse experience using movers hired through U-Haul. We were very nervous about trying a different company. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that 2 Men and a truck were AWESOME! I can't say enough positive about Kole and Matt. They took care of our property and possessions. Everyone did a good job. My reservations are focused on the breaking of a table. But with this in mind, they all worked hard.

Our experience with Two Men and A Truck was outstanding. Ben and James were out movers and they were extremely professional, efficient, and courteous during the whole move. They were thorough, careful with our furniture, and tried their best to keep as much water out of the new house (it was raining all day so that was hard to do). I told them multiple times not to worry about it but they were professional and kept trying to keep the floors as clean as possible. I would recommend Two Men and A Truck to anyone asking for a mover due to the fantastic experience that we had.
