The service was just... fine. The movers did what they were supposed to, but broke one of my bookcases (which due to the piece that broke is not covered for breakages). It seemed like the move was slow, 90% of my stuff was in boxes next to the door and I'm on the 1st floor, but it still took more than a couple hours. At the new location things were moved in correctly, though there were 3-4 boxes marked as kitchen or bathroom that never made it there.
Overall I'm not angry at the service, but I can't say that I was impressed.
