The crew was excellent and got the job done in a very timely manner while taking care of all of our furniture (includes a lot of antique furniture and heavy piano). The young crew was very professional and friendly. I will use them again if needed in the future.

I was impressed how well they wrapped my furniture up for moving. The two young men that moved our furniture were so polite, well-mannered, and easy to talk to which nowadays is hard to find. My experience began well with helpful move coordinator Selina who took all of the information about addresses and items to be moved. She stayed in touch to see if any changes were anticipated and to confirm that everything was arranged for the movers to arrive on time at the proper location. She also called right before the move to reassure us the move would go smoothly. In addition she promptly handled a request from the real estate management company of the building to be moved into for a certificate of insurance.
Movers Peter and Seti arrived on time, communicated well, had good attitudes, were skilled, and handled the move professionally and without any damage. Some challenges arose, and they confidently overcame them and completed the work efficiently and at the quoted price.

My movers were awesome! They were prompt, very courteous, and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The only annoyance was with the payment method: I really would have loved to have given them a tip, but the payment system the company uses is antiquated and doesn't even allow for a direct read of my credit card.
