The team arrived during the scheduled time and did an excellent loading up our stuff and unloading and setting everything up.

Jose and Daryl both professional young men. Speedy and polite. Our order was that we were moving a home office and nothing needed to be taken apart. Then we decided to move a desk that needed taken apart to move and Daryl smiled and said let me get my tools. The experience was without incident. Thanks

It was immensely valuable that these guys had experience moving and arranging in senior facilities. They were able to help us figure out what would fit and what had to go.

This is the 4th time I've moved with Two Men and a Truck. The whole operation is wonderful, and I can sense the pride everyone has in their job. Setting up the the details is simple and straightforward. My preferred date has been accommodated each time, even with short notice. Daniel and Duncan were my movers for the second time and they're fantastic. They were pleasant, courteous, efficient, and took great care with my belongings. Moving is a stressful and laborious task and I know when I use your company it will be less so. I appreciate all you do.

The gentlemen whom packed and delivered my stuff were professional and courteous the entire time. From the time the arrive to
the time they left, they were focused and intentionally did their job with a purpose in the amount of time scheduled.

The two men who moved my desk were very polite, and I am told, experienced. They did not pad the desk although I requested that. This left a hole in the wall and mild/moderate damage to woodwork and door frame and door. Once they padded the desk, it was brought down within 5 minutes.

The repair man ,very polite, used the wrong paint, wrong color, and he used 'exterior/satin'. He did not use a drop cloth or protection for the floor. There was paint on the hardwood floor, and he said he would wait until it dried and then remove it. The door looks terrible, is a different color on the side he painted, and he said the paint was coming off and peeling. He said he didn't look at the can, and he painted the entire door because the color was off and 'bleeding through'. I noted that it was not an interior trim paint, and he acknowledged that he just grabbed the wrong can, and said "the guy that had done the repairs quit, and he was now doing repairs, and that Two Men and a Truck did not allow much choice in paints". He also acknowledged that both doors now would need to be sanded and repainted.
I had submitted a bid from a workman that has worked in my house for 4 years that was $325 for the entire repair. The repair supervisor thought that was too high. Now we are looking at a much bigger repair job.
My first experience with Two Men and a Truck was terrific, which is why I called for this move.
This experience is nothing short of disappointing. All of which could have been avoided.

The customer service represenative; Rachel; was extemely helpful and answered all my questions before setting up our move.

The moving was about 30 minutes earlier than the time that was given; which was greatly appreciated.

The movers were quick and efficient and completed the job in a timely manner.

I would definetly recommend TWO MEN AND TRUCK to anyone.
