The crew was outstanding. All members were very friendly, courteous and extremely hard working. Always communicated with us to make sure they were doing exactly what we wanted. Very cautious when moving our goods making certain nothing was damaged including our walls. They were exactly how a moving crew should work.

They were very professional and friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently. They did put 5-6 boxes in the wrong room, not where the box was marked and that made it difficult for me because boxes were heavy... Just slowing down a bit to look at what the box says would help.

I had 3 men come help me with my move. They were organized and patient with me. Even when I added more things to my move :)

The movers arrived on time and explained the cost associated with the job. They ensured all surfaces were free of obstacles and covered the walls and walkways in order to prevent any damage by the equipment.

There were a couple of problems with moving our large refrigerator, but overall it was great

Only issue would be with taking small items out of the garage. Made many small trips. Perhaps a cart that was loaded would have been more efficient.

I am currently a board member with St Louis Area Diaper Bank. Two Men and a Truck has done so much for our non-profit agency that I would never think of using another moving company. In fact, I have two more moves planned and will use Two Men and a Truck for both of them.

The level of service was excellent, from the office staff during the initial call, to their follow up calls to verify the appointments and reminders, and the really outstanding performance of the moving team. On top of that, the price was so low as to be unbelievable in this day and age. This is our moving team from now on. Thanks to everyone involved, you went above and beyond our expectations.

I love the flexibility with Two Men and a Truck when I had to change the date of the move. Everything was explained to me about the price change when moving later in the month on the weekend and the movers are so polite, helpful and courteous. This made the experience less stressful for me.
They were careful with my items that are precious to me and this is a company I will use again whenever I move again.
The office staff were so upbeat and positive that they left a smile on my face after each conversation. When I had to change the date of my move they assured me that would be no problem and they were right. We agreed on a new date, all information was given so I knew what to expect.
