The lady that took my phone call had some the best customer service I have heard. I work for a franchisor and created/provide training on intake phone calls focused on ‘sales’ and customer service. Your intake was by far the BEST to the 5 other companies I called. It was cheaper other places but the impression I got from the intake call made me go with Two Men. The movers were exceptional as well. Fast but careful. Right balance of respecting our privacy but also friendly and got to know us over the day. When it was going to take longer than expected the communication was done very well. The mananger stopping in was also a great touch point. Keep doing an amazing job! I will 100% let other know about my great experience with y’all

We have used 2x this last month each time the movers we're polite,on time, no hidden fees all explained by office when called and once again when movers arrived also the reminder calls are nice . Our experience was nothing short of outstanding. From setting up the move through moving day, everything was handled in a purely professional manner. Terrel and his team worked exceptionally well and were very efficient with our large and complicated move. Not once did anyone on the team make mention of how much stuff we had, or expressed any concern with the ability to perform the job. (We have moved several times and my wife and I typically did more work than the movers we hired in the past).
I will recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone - and I will use them again for our next move

The packing of the boxes was not good. A crystal martini glass was wrapped with one piece of paper and placed in the middle of a large box with candles and other items just throw in loosely on top. Needless to say, it was broken. Candle rings with berries placed unwrapped with large things on top, so some of the berries were crushed. A brand new silk flower arrangement (there were three) was in a small, thin box. It was not put or packed in any way, just put on the truck. One of the vases was broke. Over all, the packing of the boxes was not good, with no regard to the placing of the items inside. Pretty disappointing.

The crew I had was great with one exception....they put a hole in the wall in my bedroom and never said anything about it. I discovered it the next day when I was there cleaning. It was not huge but I had just sold my house so it needed to be disclosed or it could have jeopardized the sale and closing of the property since all major inspections were complete. When the crew asked me to look around and make sure all the furniture was gone, I did go upstairs to verify that everything was gone, it did not occur to me that I would need to inspect the walls. Otherwise, the crew was great, I have nothing bad to say about them, they hustled the entire time which I appreciate.

The two young movers were personable and polite. They were very conscientious about protecting our property and both locations. We asked them to do more than we originally had planned in the work order. They agreed without any complaints. Love the service you offer for moving furniture from one floor to another on site. This is great for seniors.

I was very happy with the service the two young men went above their job I am handicapped and they went out of their way to help I am very pleased with their work they gave a 110%

The crew we used we will always request. They are courteous and respectful. We appreciate that they get the job done as quickly and efficiently as an be done.

The person answering the phone was happy to help us, Zach and Matt were beyond expectations, we are telling our friends and acquaintances about our positive experiences with Two Men and a Truck. No need to consider any other moving company with employees like these. Thank you guys.
