First the bad part. We were scheduled for the morning on Wednesday, May 9. At 9:00 no movers had arrived so I called to check, and learned we were mistakenly scheduled for Thursday, May 10th.
Astonishingly, they could not locate the Pre-Move Confirmation Letter they sent to me the previous Saturday in which a May 9 move was scheduled. Worse yet, they could not locate their email message from Monday (just 2 days prior) again confirming a move on May 9th.
I can overlook and forgive unintentional blunders, but I'm disappointed that no supervisor or manager ever called to apologize for the worker's error.
On to the good part of the move. Thank you for sending Chas and Kyle to our home to move our belongings. These are two
