I could not have more pleased. The guys were on time, pleasant to work with, courteous, and did the move quickly.

I was very please with the service I received from Two Men and a Truck. The office staff was very thorough and communicated with me regularly regarding my appointment. The moving team contacted me to let me know they were on their way, they were timely with the move and did an excellent job ensuring my furniture arrived safely and was set up. The movers were very pleasant and professional. I was very happy with the service I received from your company and will definitely refer your services to others and use you in the future. The supervisor advised me of the additional services provided by Two Men and a Truck, including moving furniture around the house/between floors, etc. which I was very excited to hear about and am interested in using in the future.

I was quoted a rate but the office lady never asked what day I was moving. Then I called to set the appointment for Saturday and it cost more. I'm sure most people move on the weekend so I felt she should have asked me before quoting weekday rates. The movers started out moving very fast. Then they slowed down and I would find all 3 of them hanging out in the truck talking. I moved almost every single thing except furniture prior to them coming but they were still there 4 hours and I was charged at the top of my quoted rate. They also took a detour on the way to my new place, stopping off at the office. They took 15 min off my total but I had to wait for them and I'm not sure I was compensated properly. They took good care of my belongings. Overall good. I would recommend but not for cost

From the original phone call to the end of the move the experience was fantastic. Every person with Two Men and a Truck did a great job. I've used them personally and I've used them for business. I will use them again.

Overall I was very happy with the moving service. The movers that came, worked hard and fast and made sure that I was happy with my service. There was even a supervisor that stopped by to check on things and make sure the move was going smoothly. My only hiccup was that all of my stuff didn't fit on the truck. Which required a second trip. When this issue arose, I was contacted by a manager and was happy with how they handled it. I would use them again or recommend to a friend.

The movers were excellent and very nice and professional. Did a great job packing my things and were very positive throughout the move. My only issue is that the move took about 3-4 hours longer than the original estimate and I ended up paying almost twice as much as I was planning based on the quote. That is obviously not a good surprise. I’m not exactly sure why it took longer but it wasn’t because the movers were slow or weren’t working hard ( they were excellent). I think it was several factors outside of their control but still not a great surprise during an already expensive and stressful move. This is the only reason why I didn’t rate my overall experience as excellent.

The two men were exceptional! Very polite, funny and helpful! Kyle and karlesio! Thank you again these guys deserve a bonus!
