The movers did a really good job. I feel like the office staff didn't fully explain that whenever the movers do show up it's a window. However, my overall experience was very good.

The three young men were presentable, courteous and professional. They were polite and considerate. It was a challenge to get our heavy and sometimes bulky furniture up the steep stairs and making a sharp turn at the top. They met the challenge. We were very pleased.

My move was very close to the estimate over the phone prior to the move. The crew was outstading, friendly, polite, and man did they hustle! I was sooo impressed. It was a great experience!

This experience was terrible. On the phone I was quoted a certain amount for four hours. The men showed up everything was fine, until it was time to start moving my things. They were very slow, I showed them exactly what needed to be moved, and they still had trouble with the items. I had to keep reminding them what was going. I asked if they would be kind enough to move and elliptical from an upstairs room down to my front porch so I, who am 6 months pregnant, and my husband wouldn't have to move it. The men would not move it for me. They gave me the excuse that it needed to be disassembled. I told them it doesn't disassemble and they told me they couldn't move it. They spent the entire 4 hrs. Got to the new place they spent and extra 2 hrs here didn't put my sectional together

I was very pleased with the crew that was sent to our home. They were very professional and could not have been more helpful and respectful. They moved everything without an incident or any damage to any of our furniture. When we arrived at our new home, they moved everything in and even rearranged some furniture when I changed my mind! I highly recommend the crew I had and would use them again! Thank you for a stress free move!
