Daryl and Chase were fantastic!! I would absolutely request them again! My only concern is how high your rates are when the job goes long. You’re kind of held hostage to pay the final amount, it would be nice to get some sort of reduced rate for the additional hours spent when a job goes over the estimated time.

My movers were fast and did great moving the furniture but there were several times they stalled and sat in the truck looking at their phones and talking. I believe the project would have been quicker if they wasn't having as much down time.

We couldn’t be more pleased! The two men were very professional, friendly, knew what they were doing, efficient and worked the whole time! We had several glass cabinets, as well as many other breakable items, and everything arrived safely!

The estimation was right on, which surprised me due to the the fact that they had to deal with elevators on each end of the move.

Definitely recommend and will use again if we need movers.

My parents have moved multiple times- always having using this company, and this was my second time using Two Men and a Truck. I am saddened to say that I am missing a bag of gift cards that were left in a dresser drawer. I don’t want to think it would have been stolen, but it’s ironic that it’s gone after the move occurred. We emptied the entirety of the dresser and looked in every crevice of it, nothing.

It’s now difficult to answer the above questions because of the feeling I have after realizing that bag is gone.

The guys were wonderful. The office was wonderful. Unfortunately, my trust within has been hindered by the that bag going missing.

Moved from MO to TN and they put my stuff in storage and damaged a few things that I could see and all of my items were not put in storage correctly they threw all of my clothes to the back and my cherry wood dresser is on its side. Very disappointed with them.

Movers were great and accommodating. However they left several items at old location

The move went well, Cody our lead was great! We had one little mishap where they nicked the wall, but Cody immediately showed me, apologized and explained the remedies available. All good. But after a day of moving and putting things away we went to make our bed at about 9:30pm only to find that our mattress cover/pad had been ripped when they removed it. No one mentioned it when it happened or we would have just picked up a new one that day, they are only $40. But no one told us, therefore after a long day we had to go to the store before we could go to bed. Then the next day i received a call about the service (Patrick i think) and i explained what happened. He said that he would talk to the guys to see what happened and get back to me that day. Didn't happen.
