All major credit cards are accepted. Additional payment options may vary by location.

However, there is no explicit statement that you don't accept American Express.

I'm going to have to figure out if I can transfer the balance from my Bank of America Visa to American Express but please be more specific in the future about what payments you can and cannot accept

I moved September 27 furniture and many fragile items. from storage facility to an apartment. I had many empty boxes that were tore down and still wanted for moving. They took all of them and broke many fragile items. I’ve tried to get ahold of management and never replied. I’m very disappointed and upset. Moving already is stressful enough and that happen. I paid a lot to move. veyy disappoint
