I have a TV that was damaged and the response to get the claim resolved has been too slow. Also the estimate for cost was too low and now I am being charged for the use of a third truck.

My moving team was awesome! Very polite and friendly. And smart! I didn’t think all my stuff would fit in the Uhaul truck I rented but they easily managed with space left over.

Ken and Wesley called in advance to let me know they were running ahead on job before ours and showed up early. Quick walk-through house to ask for special concerns from me and went to work. never a wasted step. Offload at mothers' new residence quick and placed furniture where we requested. Finished job almost an hour quicker than bid and reduced final bill which not expected. Very pleased.

Movers did a great job and were very careful with things. Professional, pleasant and efficient. I am hopeful that all pieces arrive in California in good condition. Fragile China and crystal are always a worry. Initial scheduling was confusing as we thought everything was a “go” but apparently the receiver in CA had not finalized things. A notice/phone call would have been helpful to avoid delay.
