We were very satisfied with the pre-survey (conducted by Grant), front office, and the packing/load team (led by Kenneth). Three items I recommend improvement on. 1) Boxes could be labeled in more detail (some were not labeled, others contained a mix of items from different rooms). 2) The washer was not shipped with its drum stabilizing bolts in place (stabilizers were found still in their bag). If installing the drum stabilizers was an owner requirement, I did not know. 3) We were told that the local Two Men & A Truck would pick up our boxes and packing material. This was incorrect info as we later found out from the local business and then confirming with your office. Pick up only applies if the business is owned by the same entity.

The moving team worked very quickly. They were professional and polite. They seemed to never stop moving and it was in the mid 90 degrees the day I moved. I was exhausted just watching them. They take special care of every piece of furniture they touch. They wrap everything in moving blankets and plastic shrink wrap - even the cheap furniture that I kind of wish would break so I would have a good reason to replace it. :) I always use Two Men and a Truck. I wouldn't use any other moving company.

The movers did an excellent job, HOWEVER, we have been charged twice for the service and we have been unable to get a credit. We have called and nothing has happened. No call back, no credit, nothing. This is very disappointing. They are leaving me no alternative but to protest the charge. Just a lot of paperwork for them which could have been avoided.

Daniel, Jesse and Austin were the movers for my home. They were courteous and fast. I needed some things packed, but also needed to stay on budget. They worked within my timeframes, and got a LOT done! They were professional and careful with not only my breakables, but also my walls, doorways, yard and landscaping. We stopped at a storage facility on the way to the new house, and they were able to fit everything inside that needed to be stored. I definitely recommend this company, and would hire them again!

We were selling and buying a home the same afternoon. We needed the team to arrive at 8:00am. Load and be out by 10:00am. Sit on our property about 4 hours until all signings were finished then meet us at the new home for unload 10 miles away.
They nailed it! 3 men
arrived at 8:05, out of our sold house at 9:50 and waited for our call at 1:15pm. They arrived at the new house at 2:00pm.
Had everything unloaded and gone by 3:30pm.
They were professional, curtious and fast.
This was the 3rd time we've used TwoMen and will refer and use them again.

Very happy with the 3 men that went above and beyond my expectations. They were very careful, professional and polite. All of my furniture and other items were packaged more than I expected and were handled with care, they even took apart pieces that needed to be taken apart without having to explain or get involved. Overall great crew, function, and best company I have used for moving anything period. If I ever move again, which I hope wont be for a long time, I will use them again without hesistation.
