My property was damaged. I have called several times left message on answering machine. First sent email with pictures documenting the damage. Then I finally called the good person that I worked with setting things up - she said she saw the email & would make sure the one working in complaints would get it. I said we are leaving on a trip & need this resolved right away. They have never gotten back with me. All B4 was okay - the lady whose house it was picked up - had a problem with them & the way they worked. It was interesting because she had used you before & was one of the 2 people who recommended you. The guys were fine in my house but they damaged the refrigerator at the bottom because they did not have the padded cover low enough to protect it from damage by dolly

The Three Young men that came out were great! Good attitudes and great to work with!

The office staff, Tara, was always courteous and helpful with our move. The movers were very professional and took extra care with furnishings.

Our movers Dakota and Andrew were exceptional. They made our move an easy experience and had wonderful attitudes despite the three flights of stairs/elevator.
