My only complaint is that I felt pressured to accept 3 men instead of 2 men for my move. The reason given was the employees work 14-16 hour days? That's really an internal problem and shouldn't be shared with your customers. My move could've easily been handled with 2 men so I felt I paid 33% too much for this move. I may need to reconsider moving companies next time. Thank you.

Overall everything went ok..a lot of broken items and basically was told..if two men and a truck did not pack it they are not responsible. The movers did not put any protection on the floor and got black grease in a path across Harwood..carpet and tile, however two men and a truck did send carpet cleaners to take care of this immediately of which I am very appreciative.

Wall damage in new home. TV broken and claim denied.

Our move could not have been better! My contacts in the office were helpful and very quick with quotes and answering my questions. The movers were prompt, worked quickly, and had great attitudes. This was my first experience with Two Men & A Truck, and I am already planning on booking them again for this same event next year.
