The crew was prompt, careful and efficient. We had an extremely large piece of furniture which they quickly named "the beast", and they were able to move it without damaging any of the walls or floor. We highly reccommend!

Overall did a great job but what confused me is the time stated 9 and the movers didn’t show up till 9:30 so was charged an extra half hour when no movers were even there and they were done at 12:02 and charged me till 12:15. Was charged for 45 minutes for two minutes of work

Hello Tyler, we apologize for any miscommunication. Our billing starts at the time the movers leave our office and the clock stops when they arrive back here, its called port to port billing. We mentioned this on the initial phone call and it is also stated in your Move Services Agreement. We will be sure to speak with our team and ensure they are properly communicating this with our customers to avoid any confusion in the future. Brian, Price, and Keagan did a great job. No damage was done. They were very careful and knew how to move the heavy items using various accessories they wore. They called before arriving and arrived earlier than promised by the office staff.
There may be companies that move for less, but I believe you get what you pay for. I received the service I expected and got what I paid for.

Moving crew was fantastic! Office staff needs lots of supervision! They under estimated how many items we had to move therefore resulted in a second move ! Manager gave us $50 credit! ????
