Tuesday
The movers were wonderful. I was overcharged $75 and told I would be credited back. It’s been over two weeks and I still have not received the money. The movers were running behind and called me at 3pm telling me they were on their way. However, I was charged starting at 2:30pm. Didn’t love that.

<div>Thanks for the feedback Tuesday, according to our accounting department, the $75 was refunded on 12/7/2018, and it will depend on your bank when that is available back in your account. Each bank is different. As for our driver, while the nature of the industry does lead to some unplanned things and can lead to a little running behind, our billing is port-to-port, not a flat service charge, which means the time is predetermined from our shop to your location, based on GPS data, as explained when receiving the estimate. This could be the reason the for the confusion with the time. Please give our office a call if you have any other questions! Thank you for choosing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!
