I should have provided more direction when loading the storage unit, they forgot the shelves to all the shelving units and weren’t able to move everything requested but they did come back the next day and fix it.

The moving team didn’t really work as a team. In my opinion it took about 3 hours longer than it should have. I guess they are paid hourly so they just took their time. We have had other moves with your company and had far more furniture and boxes that were done in way less time. This move was absolutely only furniture. They had nothing to maneuver around. This move has been the smoothest move we have had. From the office staff to the packers to the movers each and every employee delivered first class service. I would highly recommend them.

Our movers were polite and very careful with our things. One of the movers was very instructive with his coworker, teaching him better wrapping techniques. I loved that he talked about protecting our sofa but also protecting the company from having to pay out a claim. I wish I knew his name. He was tall, slim, with dark hair. He is a loyal employee. They also seemed concerned with saving me money

I was very disappointed to find out that the movers stole my daughters ear pods.
The movers also told me they would arrive at our new home between 9-10 am. My husband and I were not in our new state so I payed an employee to arrive at our home at 8:45. The movers did not arrive until 2 pm. I was not contacted by them to inform me. I had to contact the office to find out their location.

Angela, we apologize for this! All of our movers and drivers are background checked and drug tested before employment to reduce the chance of an incident like this. We are not denying the possibility of the theft, but it would be highly unlikely given the values of our team.
