I was very disappointed with Two Men and a Truck. The movers and I left my place in Liberty at the same time, yet it took them at least 20 minutes longer to arrive. I know that a moving truck goes slower on the road but I felt that they purposefully ran out the clock in order to increase my cost. There was an issue with the freight elevator not working during the move itself. While I was trying to figure out what to do by talking with the front desk, two of the movers were just watching videos on their phone. They made no effort to use the stairs to help expedite the move until the front desk's suggestion. Lastly, as they were leaving, I was told by the front desk that one of the movers flicked off the elevator camera.

You scammed a teacher several hundred dollars. I'm reporting to BBB.

My moving guys were awesome.They was very polite and professional.I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone who asks. Thank you to my guys..I can’t remember there names.

Overall my experience was good. The only complaint I have it that the movers did not pad the dolly used to transport my white bedroom furniture. As a result, they left small scratches on my dresser from where the dolly made direct contact with my furniture.

The movers did a better job moving my machines than the factory movers did!

The movers were timely & efficient. They aided in the placement of our furniture.

They didn't pack it correctly, I had to leave some behind. A 26' truck should hauled 1 bedroom outfit,30 boxes, patio set with 8 chairs all the big things they took. When they got to arrival, we help carry them in the dedicated places. This was with 3 guys. 1 guy did work fast, can't say that about the other 2. Very disappointed in their work performance. 8

This was my second move with your company and once again I was so impressed with the team that came to manage my move. Shawn, Mike and LaMont were professional, knowledgeable, quick and extremely kind. Every box, every piece of furniture was treated as if it was a priceless antique. From Kelly in the office to my incredible moving team guys, you all took the stress out of moving and once again I am so happy with your services. I’m all unpacked now and everything made the move in perfect condition because of your expertise in moving. I can’t thank you enough for the care you took with my belongings and for caring so much about your customers. Thank you all so much! You truly made a huge difference in what is normally a stressful day. I will always use Two Men and a Truck!

The move was great. The movers arrived on time, carefully wrapped our furniture, and placed everything where we asked them to. I would definitely use them again.
