Couldn't have made the move without them!
They only damaged one item, and it was easily fixed to something that would work temporarily.
Ending balance was within the quoted amount, not more or less than expected.

The movers were very good and thoughtfull. Only 1 little mishap. The real problem came with the 3rd party repair people. 2 people how look well into thier 70s who showed up over a hour late and were very dirty and smelly. The repair was ok at best. The gentlemen lost hes balance twice and almost fell off my porch. As a company I would not keep useing this these repair people.

The movers did a very good job. The only issue I had was that during the move a section of flooring was damaged. I have been told that this will be fixed / repaired but as of 10 days after the move not completed yet.

While the 3 men who moved my belongings were very cordial and friendly, I don't feel like there was enough experience behind even one of them to make sure that they took all precautions for the move to be uneventful. No pads put down, they weren't able to take apart the bed frame or mirror due to no tools, took 10 min to get out of the truck because 'they couldn't find a pen' .. and then tore up my newly laid wood floor and didn't even say anything until I mentioned it. I am holding my final opinion until I see how management handles my damage claim. I just think that at least one of the team should have a good amount of experience under their belt to foresee any possible problems/issues. Thank you.

I have used Two Men and a Truck twice before and had a wonderful experience both times. This time was very different. I made arrangements to have my piano moved and an hour into the move was told you could not move it. Also, a potion of my items were not moved because thI way the trucks were like loaded, they ran out of space. No one was willing to try and get the items moved nor make any effort even though every item was accounted for in the beginning. I will do both Yelp and Google reviews to share how terrible this experience was and I have already shared with everyone I know how badly the move went.

This size of piano is outside of our policy to move, which was stated when it was discovered. We referred you to a piano moving company that specializes in moving that large of pianos.<br/><br/> When our crew of experienced and veteran movers arrived to the pickup location, they informed you at the beginning of the move that due to the numbers of items over the ones given on the estimate, there would not be enough room on the trucks to accommodate it all. We immediately offered to return the following day to move the remaining items for you. Your husband declined our offer. <br/><br/>We do the estimates to provide crews that are as prepared as possible, but can only rely on information that is clear, concise and accurate. We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the hard work our crews put forth to make your move successful, and the offers we provided to resolve any complications. Office staff and moving staff were Courteous, prompt, efficient, and helpful.
My wife has 2 family heirlooms from the 1850's (pre-dating the Civil War) and the movers were very gentle with these irreplaceable antiquities, and made sure I approved how they were secured inside the truck. We were able to fit more into the truck than I expected, without "breaking the bank" on either pickup or delivery. Their timeliness and efficiency got the job completed in 3/4 of the estimate.
I would recommend Andy Etherton and his staff!
