Everything was excellent. Scheduling was easy and everyone was friendly. Movers were extremely careful with my items and ran from the truck to my house after each load. They were friendly, efficient and professional. Also, this was the only company out of several that I researched that didn’t make you commit to a moving time amount-you only pay for the time you use, down to the quarter hour. Great experience all around!!!

The moving team were outstanding. They explained to us exactly what they were going to do every step of the move. They were very courteous and business like at all times but easy to talk to when we had concerns. Great job. We plan to use 2 men and a truck in our next move sometime in August. PS We would like to have the same 2 men move us the next time.!!!!!!!!!!!

Britton and Shane were in KC from the Nebraska office. After taking them on a quick tour of what was going on the truck they set to work quickly, efficiently, and with great care for our belongings. They answered all my questions and were very polite. I hope they are in KC again when we move from the apartment to the house we are building. I also hope they were able to get some KC barbecue! Thanks again Britton and Shane!!

Overall our experience with Two Men and a Truck was good. I would not say excellent because two of their men did not pass the security check required to get through the gate on Fort Leavenworth. This caused us to wait longer for services and it also caused the crew to go from 5 men to 3 men. The three men that had to finish the job did an excellent job though and worked VERY hard to get everything done. The office staff communicated with me through the process and apologized for the inconvience which I very much appreciated. They also adjusted the price of the move due to the loss of 2 movers. I would recommend this company to others but I would say that they need to be more careful about background checking their movers so this does not happen again. Thank you for your time.

Very good experience - the guys were polite, hard working and obviously wanted to do a good job. The only negative is some marks on our new wood floor in the hallway before the master bedroom. It's possible they were there before the move, since we did move some stuff in before the moving day. They are slight and we decided to let it go, in part because we can't be totally certain your guys did it. Great job overall, though.

This was my 2nd time using Two Men and a Truck, and I couldn’t be happier with the service and care I received! Clay took great care of me from the first moment of my inquiry, and my three man moving team was incredible! Their attitudes were amazing. They were professional and happy from start to finish. They treated my possessions like valuable artifacts and with more care than I treat my stuff. They appreciated me as a customer and never complained about heavy items, heat, stairs, or anything else. They were fast and efficient, and I’m truly grateful for everything they did. From start to finish, every member of the team was incredible. I’ve been recommending Two Men and a Truck like crazy lately! I’ll always come back to you guys. Thank you so much!!
