Overall ok. The sales staff could have been more informative. A reminder call/email sharing important info would have been really helpful. The moving crew was very nice and professional. They seemed to think they needed to go super fast, I told them several times we did not have a deadline, to take their time. One guy sprained his ankle, then they slowed down. Out of nowhere they closed the truck. We still had items to load but were told the truck was already full & they couldn't take more. Luckily we had enough room in our cars, but this was unexpected & there was no room for discussion. Then they took off! They didn't offer to help load our cars. Unloading went fine. I wasn't expecting a spot for gratuity, I panicked/didn't think through and just put 20%. Too muchwish I wouldn't have.

The guys went out of there way to make us feel comfortable with the move. I couldn't be happier with the way they handled the move

The 2 guys on my crew ( oct 18 mendota hgts to Brainerd area ) were so pleasant and helpful. They were hard, conscientious and remarkably respectful workers. I can not say enough good things about how they handled my move. I am very happy that I hired them for my move.

The guys worked so hard. They did everything I asked of them like, putting a huge heavy cabinet in the downstairs! They were great!

Always on time and courteous. They worked fast but took great care of our furniture. I’ll use TMAAT again when I need moving.

Dashawn and the crew had some challenges--our bed is tricky to disassemble and there were some hiccups out of our control at our destination. The positive attitude and professionalism the crew displayed was fantastic. Couldn't have asked for a better crew. Also, Nicole in the office was super helpful arranging box delivery--made the move so much easier!
