The Minnesota based moving team was amazing (bob, Dakota, and another I can’t remember name!) Fast, Efficient, respectful. Very impressive.

The Waterloo crew was not quite up to standard of the Minnesota crew. Many boxes labeled “inside” were left in garage. Not quite as efficient.

The two guys who moved my things were incredibly polite, very efficient, and even took time to chat with me. I was also really grateful for helpful the lady on the phone was. I'll definitely use this service again when I move.

They movers were so nice, helpful and competent! I had to move my mom into a smaller place very quickly and had no one to take the extra furniture. I was happy to learn that the furniture and items picked up would be donated or used as fuel. The cost was very reasonable and we now get 10% off every time we use Junk Happens in the future.
