Kaleb and Dylan were polite, professional, and efficient. I was very pleased with the service.

We had a great experience. Jose and his crew were very professional and helpful. We had a rain delay of over an hour of which he explained we would not be charged. Once it finally stopped raining they were very careful that our stuff didn’t get wet. When we arrived at our new home they worked quickly and efficiently to place stuff in each room before the rain started again. The only hiccup was a typo on the new address was off by one building that was corrected right away.
I would recommend two men and a truck again. This has been our second experience with them and both have been excellent.

My movers, Jawan J and Mike G, were wonderful. They were on time, professional, and nice to work with. They took good care of my belongings throughout the move and were also very efficient. I would and absolutely will recommend Two Men and a Truck based upon my experience with the company in the past, and especially this specific move. Thanks again for the great job, Jawan and Mike!

On a positive note, the movers were friendly and joked around quite a bit. I support enjoying your job, but not at the expense of customers. I witnessed items falling off their cart both upon moving into the truck and going down the ramp out of their truck. They took no care to secure items and a number of items were damages, including several pieces of wood furniture (severely scratched/dented), a lamp (ruined), bins, etc. They also tossed heavy boxes onto other boxes and bins, damaging the interior contents and breaking a hole in the lid of a heavy duty storage bin. They seemed to be reckless and poorly trained. Upon seeing the extensive damage done to my items and realizing they kept a decorative bathroom trash bin, and who knows else, I regret the tip I left as it was undeserved.

Guys were hard working and did the job very well. Certainly don't want to move again but if we did we would make use of your company's services.

While I was extremely disappointed to be called the morning of my move and told there weren't enough men for a crew and they'd like to postpone from Saturday to Monday, the crew that then showed up on Monday morning did SUCH a bang-up job I was almost happy it got delayed! Not only did the local office take care of financially making my move well discounted because of the delay, the FOUR men who showed up couldn't have been nicer, quicker, or more professional taking care of my belongings. Moving is a tough, stressful experience, but Kaleb and his crew turned the three hours it took them to do my local move into a positive and EASY experience - I was grinning by the end! Even with the delay, I have no problem highly recommending Two Men and a Truck. I was most impressed.

DeAngelo and Mike were perfect - careful, quick, and friendly. Everything went well and we will use the company again when we move more of our things.

I already defined the service we received from the service. The more we unpacked, the more we discovered problematic items, i.e.rotten food that should have been put in the kitchen as marked on the boxes; boxes placed in inappropriate rooms which they were not marked for; some photos I did already send into the office of a broken antique round table and wedding photo; the corner of our 55" TV was later discovered broken once we unwrapped it, many items did survive, some did not.
The men overall were nice but not careful of our belongings. Those things represented our life, and past history that we hope to pass on to our family. We're not young, and we're somewhat disappointed with our experience. We are not wealthy and it will take us time to fix the fixable. Others we can't.
