The movers were great, as always, and the lead person, I believe his name is Luke, kept everything moving in the right direction. He was thorough, thoughtful and careful with our possessions. I recommend Two Men and Truck all of the time because the work is excellent and the cost is reasonable. In fact, I just recommended you again his weekend and passed on your contact information.

The four men worked very hard. The only was an outdoor resin cabinet wind caught while they were moving it to the patio and caused it to come apart. It took some time to put it back together. They did not screw down the interior shelves. They left behind the air pumps to inflate our two sleep number beds. They charged us more money. The leader said it took long to place the glass shelves in our 3 display cases. This made no sense. I think they should paid much more attention to detail and could have done a more organized job. I did give them each a $20 tip for their efforts.

Everything was great. I wa ssupossed to have an hour taken off of my bill and I don’t believe I did. Otherwise everything was great.

The two gentlemen who did our move were professional, and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them again.

Movers did not lay down plastic, did not wrap all furniture and allowed it to get rained on from house to truck. Some furniture got wet but not enough to cause damage since I dried it off when it arrived at the new place. Movers did not remove shoes at all during move out while it was raining. Only 4 pieces of furniture were moved upstairs in a tri-level townhome (admittedly the turns were fairly tight) however there were over 30 scuffs/marks/dings to the walls of a new townhome. Almost a month has gone by and my walls are still not repaired.

All five gentleman went above and beyond customary service. They were exceptionally kind and helpful. They pitched in to help us complete our packing when things got crazy. With a diffucult three level house to move things in to, they graciiously dealt with spiral stair cases without complaint. Great guys - loved working around them.

Terrible experience with scheduling. The request for services was entered and saved BUT never processed, we had to reschedule the move and everything else that goes along with it.
Movers were great, very efficient. Surprisingly, did not wrap furniture to protect it, I had to suggest they use their blankets!

First time using professional movers, so a big learning curve on my part. My plans kept changing, but the office staff was patient and very accommodating. The movers were nice guys - professional and quick, but very nice; reminded me of my own sons.

Very happy with the service received, from the initial quoting process and call back right through to moving day. Would use Two Men and a Truck again as well as refer others to them.
