I needed just a couple things moved. It all went smoothly.

I have used your company three times in the past two years and each move was accomplished with care, efficiency, and respect. From the call to the office to the the delivery, the moving experience was a positive one. Thank you for providing a comprehensive service during times that can be stressful. Bob and Pat were friendly and efficient; the cost of the move came in under the estimate. All in all, it was a real pleasure to work with your company again. You can count on me to give a resounding YES to using Two Men and a Truck when moving.

Q and Chris were the best! Helpful and courteous. They were very careful moving the furniture. Their attitude was super great! They made sure that we were well taken care of and that all our needs were met.

The office staff I worked with was very informative, helpful and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. The movers were great, two courteous, polite, and very customer service orientated guys. They explained exactly what they were going to do and were very careful with what we were moving. I hope you can look up there names for our order and give them our thanks! Upon making contact, I was pleased with their prompt email response & a telephone conversation. However, I wish the quality of customer service had carried over into the movers quality of work. I had 4 movers arrive 45 mins past the time I had been told to expect them, they quickly went to work. I was told by the customer service rep that the van would have wardrobe boxes & mattress covers, but they had neither.They did not place plastic carpet covering over the carpet, salt and dirt tracked into the home. They also marked and dented walls while moving furniture. I ran out of packing tape and several boxes packed needed tape. They did it, but my Beats Pill was in an untaped box and is now missing, they stole it. They billed me one amount but charged my card a higher amt. So disappointed.

Of course, I can’t remember their names, and have temporarily misplaced the invoice, but Kalvin and the other two men (Juwan? Telik?) did a great job. They moved everything, even boxed some things, and put things where I wanted them in the new place. They were polite, careful and quick-working. I will definitely be calling you all again for my next move.

I have to say this crew was one of the hardest working group of guys I’ve seen in a long time!!!! They were courteous friendly but down to business. I would use them again if we ever move again!!!!
