hired to move some more heavy items and ended up with some holes in my walls. Called the company to have the damage report completed and they said that it was expected to have some holes with moving heavy items. That is why I hired the professionals to move it. The workers first showed up late. there were a total of 4 movers the 1st 3 movers showed up on time but then sat in the truck and waited for the 3rd to show up 15 minutes later. At 236$/hr it was a 60$ whoops. None refunded. They moved for less than 2 hours then decided to take a 15 minute break. Close to an hour later they still hadn't shown up to the new location to start unloading. Again non refunded. Overall yes my stuff was moved but could have been done faster and with some greater concern with timing.

I have used the service with two separate client's. I have learned a lot from each service and have appreciated the care of each of the individual movers for each move. The client's have had many challenges and the movers have been compassionate and worked extremely hard to get each move accomplished. Thank you very much.

My first experience was so good that I hired them again and will alway hire two men and a truck. It is a relief to know I can get someone to help me when my husband is working out if state. Thank you.

Moved my mom and stepdad into assisted living much against his better judgement. He made comments telling the men how to move something or negative comments about moving. The men handled him very well and understood without having to explain, the gist of the situation. We were very pleased with our whole dealing with TMAAT and will definitely do business with them again.

I am missing the glass to my curio cabinet. No will check my old home to be sure it isn't there before I call you to see if it is in Rochester, MN.
