The moving team was great, on-time (actually early which worked well for me), polite and made sure I was happy with everything during the move

The team came in and immediately got to work. The move went quickly and without a hitch.

While my moving team was great, they were very quick, friendly and professional.
Yet I had a very poor experience when trying to reach office staff. It was very difficult to a live person in the office. I left multiple messages leading up to move wanting to change my contact number for the move and over 4 days leaving 4-5 messages I never received a call back once. I would also try to reach an agent and wait on the line for over 10 minutes just to be sent to another voicemail.

Moving in the middle of a snow storm isn't easy. The crew you sent did an excellent job, very good wrappers of my furniiture. No damage done. Move completed in good time considering the weather conditions. I would use you again. Thank you.

Your moving men were set up to fail. I blame management for this. They didn’t slack off and except for lunch worked through the day. Complete lack of training, experience and accompanying awareness caused much damage of the to the furniture. We had 2 boxes of broken glass and a 3rd of broken Waterford crystal when stacked on a dolly too high and were knocked to the floor when a overhead beam was hit. Mirrors to be wrapped were placed on top of the dining table hardware side down scratching the table. A China cabinet placed on a dolly passed easily through the door but hit same overhead beam knocking it off the dolly putting a hole in the common hallway wall. See damage report and photos. Their furniture handling equipment was inadequate to move large pieces of furniture. Training is key
