They were FABULOUS!!!! I have used you twice and will always use you if I am in need of movers. Their customer service, skills, attention to detail and attitudes were FANTASTIC! I could go on and on...... These 2 gentleman were top notch!!!!! It was so humid and hot and they just acted like it was nothing.

I felt that they dawdled at times and could have saved up to 1/2 hour and at least 15 minutes so I feel I was overcharged. I did find a dirt or oil stain on one end of a mattress that I didn't notice until I was making the bed. Everything else was handled with care so I guess I will use them again.

The first time I used the company they didn’t send a big enough truck or enough movers

The second time the same thing happened, even though I called three times giving the office an exact inventory.

The day of the move nobody could be contacted at the office. The moving team couldn’t even contact management. I left 4 messages on 4 different numbers and never got a call back.

I have still yet to hear back from anyone.

The worst moving company I have ever used.

I was very impressed with the speed of the movers while maintaining care of my belongings. I highly recommend this company and would definately use them in the future.

The movers were unbelievable professional. Especially the lead guy who had us sign the paperwork. I wish I knew his name because he was the most polite young man that I have encountered in a long time!

Despite the in-home estimate, we were woefully under quoted in terms of time to move out as well as space needed in the trucks. We had to utilize a 3rd truck we acquired ourselves as well as a neighbor’s garage to store items the trucks could not hold. When I needed to locate a packed box on one of the trucks I was met with absolute attitude by the head mover. We were an hour and a half late to our closing due to not being packed. I have a large buffet that was damaged on the leg and unable to be repaired. The walls of my new house look like the movers just completely gave up by the end. These negatives in our experience completely overshadow the positives as well as our previous positive moves with 2 Men and a Truck. Good for small moves, not whole homes with valuable items.
