Customer service was great, movers as well. The only thing was I tried to adjust the loading time and I was told the managers would have to make that decision. I was told that one of them would call me to discuss. I waited several hours for the call and repeated my request. No manager ever called. I do understand time commitments but I don’t understand why there was no communication.

We had 5 young men take apart and move our large China cabinet and move our baby grand piano so new carpeting could be installed. A couplet of days later we had 4 different young men replace the China cabinet and baby grand piano. All 9 of these young men were very hard working, Polite young men. I would definitely recommend two guys and a truck. Coleen
