Nothing against the two kids that came out to move me but they had no experience. I had 13 items only to move upstairs using an elevator. Had they had a cart they could have loaded up half the furniture and did it in two trips. But all they had were dollies so they moved one piece at a time. They brought the bed frame as the last piece. Brought the mattress and box spring first. They slid my furniture across my new laminate floors. After the move my door on my old apt no longer closed. The last time I moved with this company they sent experienced movers who had the equipment they needed to get the job done. They loaded up carts with muliple items and made minimum trips. These kids took nearly 3 hours to move 13 items. I will not use this company again.

We are very satisfied. Our movers were quick but careful, courteous, and friendly. My only concern is that I called about some missing shelf brackets and still have not heard back from the office; but I am not upset, just hoping to figure out where they are!

The 2nd date change being missed was remedied adequately but communication was bad during the process. The truck broke down after it was loaded too.... so there's your less than im pressed reason. THE CREW WAS PERFECT

Great care taken by the moving team, and excellent service all around.

It was a very hot day and the team worked their butts off but we ran into a few annoyances with the overall results:
1) We provided the teams with drinks and snacks and they left a mess throughout the house
2) the entire coat closet on the first floor was missed
3) after unpacking stuff we are noticing additional minor damage to a number of furniture items.

Darnell was extremely kind and attentive. it was a hot day and he kept things moving and provided communication throughout. I don't recall the other man's name but he was good as well. They worked hard and were very pleasant. These last couple of weeks have been very stressful for me and they really helped a lot.

The movers were quick- efficient-courtesy-and extremely polite.... They were a team and worked efficiently so we tipped them each showing our appreciation for a job well done

Everything went so well ... I cannot imagine having tried to do it all ourselves.
There was some damage to one piece of furniture. Someone is supposed to be contacting us about that ... assuming that will go smoothly, too.
