It was raining and the furniture was not covered so it got wet. Also, chipped a door frame and a cement step with the appliance dolly.

We appreciated every aspect of our relationship with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. Kathy was caring, knowledgeable and accommodating with the pre-move arrangements. We appreciated the morning check-in from Andrew, letting us know the truck was on its way. Then it was confirmed moments later by Duke with the four-man crew who were driving to the storage location.

Duke, William, Markus and Dominguez were excellent -- fast, strong and they took great care in moving our belongings from storage to our new home. We especially appreciated the extra care they took loading and unloading and how they handled some difficult, very expensive mattresses to our specifications. We'll definitely recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK to anyone planning a move and we'll think of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK first for our next move.

Overall good work from moving crew. One issue I saw was when I talked with one of the movers about where a heavier item was expected to go, he paused for a very long time and didn’t seem very pleased it needed to go upstairs. Other that that move went fine.

Greg, Richard, and Xavier were excellent. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, & took great care of our belongings. They were polite and helpful. When we arrived at the new house, they put our furniture down right where I wanted it. They carried heavy objects downstairs but never marked up the wall or anything. They were a great team.

Nothing against the two kids that came out to move me but they had no experience. I had 13 items only to move upstairs using an elevator. Had they had a cart they could have loaded up half the furniture and did it in two trips. But all they had were dollies so they moved one piece at a time. They brought the bed frame as the last piece. Brought the mattress and box spring first. They slid my furniture across my new laminate floors. After the move my door on my old apt no longer closed. The last time I moved with this company they sent experienced movers who had the equipment they needed to get the job done. They loaded up carts with muliple items and made minimum trips. These kids took nearly 3 hours to move 13 items. I will not use this company again.

We are very satisfied. Our movers were quick but careful, courteous, and friendly. My only concern is that I called about some missing shelf brackets and still have not heard back from the office; but I am not upset, just hoping to figure out where they are!

The 2nd date change being missed was remedied adequately but communication was bad during the process. The truck broke down after it was loaded too.... so there's your less than im pressed reason. THE CREW WAS PERFECT
