The two person team I had were fantastic. They worked hard for 5 hrs in rain, an upper level, heavy items to move, and did it with a great attitude. I will recommend this team to other co-workers who are also moving. Thank you.

Poor communication, your personnel did not understand the conditions of our move, No fault of yours but I did not receive the phone call the day prior to our move as our phone had been disconnected and moved to our apartment. If an e-mail had been sent I would have received it. Your men left part of our bed at former residence when they went back to get it they stopped and unloaded the pieces to be put in storage before returning here. We waited over 2 hours for them to return were not made aware of what they were doing. There was poor communication throughout the entire move!!!! We have our furniture in storage with you and hope the move to our new home in a few months goes much better.

This is the third time I have used Two Men and a Truck. I always get consistent, great service. You hire very courteous movers. I was very pleased again! Thank you!!

It was an extremely hot day. Office staff called and updated on status of where the movers were (I was their 3rd contract for the day). The movers were in great moods, worked hard.

We had a min. Quote of one truck with 5 guys with 4-6 hours. The truck arrived with just 4 guys. The 4 guys worked like 8 men! They completed the loading and unloading with some furniture being hauled up and down twice because of our requests. They did all of that in 3.75 hours. .25 hours less than quoted and one guy short. Amazing. We won’t use anyone else, ever! Great job to the team we had!

I paid extra to have my belongings pAcked or wrapped. My garage was a complete mess and I couldn’t be there at time of delivery. A very special gift from a friend was broken. It was an oval shaped mirror which was not tighted on the sides and flipper up side down and broke. My clothes were thrown all over!! Under legs of chairs, a rusted out planter on top of a pile. Could not even see my furniture it was buried with things all it. Washer and dryer were not remotely together or accessible. I’m very very disappointed and spoke to Dan?? Who was the rudest man I’ve ever talked to on a professional basis. Horrible experience. My sister chose your company due to Stress on me/ 11 spine surgeries including 18 fusions/stroke Packing avail in quote. I have pics to prove the disrespect

The three young men that moved us worked incredible hard and were friendly and professional as well. I was really stressed out about moving, but when they showed up I felt like everything was under control and that I finally had the help I needed. They were great!

Move when well no major issues. Crew could have moved a little faster, when paying hourly- this could have saved 15 min for a 2 hour total move. But not a problem. The one big concern was the truck. The 2 men were good - but the truck needs immediate attention. It had on headlight out. Plus it was billowing smoke. The truck was almost encapsulated in exhaust at stoplights. Emissions hazard.
Also, was have asked to receive a digital copy of the job invoice. Not received yet. We were given a paper copy but its been misplaced in the moving shuffle.
