The guys were very polite and hard and fast workers, there was a problem because they had to use elevators, so this slowed them down. I didn't want anything in the living room or dinning room, because I was getting the floors done the next day. I had numbed all my boxes 1,2,mstr br or 3. Then they asked me each time where should this big stuff go and I told them every time. So I tipped the move's very generously. It wasn't until I started unpacking I realized they paid no attention to the numbers on the boxes. They brought them in stacked and just left them that way. I had some marked to not put anything on top and fragile, and my fine china was sideways. I am afraid to open the box. If I would of realized before they left what they did I would not of tipped them at all.

T&T did an excellent job! Blew my expectations away from the beginning. Very professional and careful with my personal belongings. We’re very good about reporting small marks in furniture or walls even though there were hardly any at all! Defiantly would recommend again.

The group that took care of our move were AMAZING. Extremely professional and made the move really smooth. They hustled the entire time they were moving. We've used the service 3 times prior and would use again

I was well placed with the service the men were skilled and I have a lot of glass and they took care of it. like it was theirs. I didn't mind going over the hour because it was worth it.

They arrived in a trailer not a trick as was described by office staff. They were late by a half hour outside the window given. They did not come with the supplies described by office staff. They acted shocked by my job as if the office staff hadn't talked with them. They would not follow my direction or suggestions.

AND

They didn't use my directions in going to the destination location. They took 1.5 hours to arrive instead of 45 minutes and then expected my to pay the time extra for their mistake.

Poor experience.

Casey, Daryl,Duke, Don, Ed, and Gage were wonderful! We moved on the hottest day of the year! The guys adapted to the situation with the staircase step breaking in the middle of the move! The guys worked causing boxes to the back side of the house to avoid the broken step. Nice that there were more workers available to help out on short notice.

I would NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone. Ours was a two day move with two trucks and four men...only one of the movers was the same on the unpacking day. Multiple pieces of furniture...mostly antiques...were broken, screws were lost, and artwork was not wrapped. Our threshold was broken, because it wasn’t protected. Their solution was to take our pieces and have them repaired at their business place (2hours) away and the return them sometime (?). This was not acceptable...like I said, multiple pieces were broken or damaged. No financial compensation was offered, even though the move was insured. I was then offered by the manager a couple days later that they would send someone out to fix the items, which I agreed to, but then never heard back.
