Main issue was movers tools were missing from truck so they tried moving items up stairway that should have been taken apart thus causing damage to walls and furniture.

My daughter got a little too big for her britches and arranged a move date with Jillian. I communicated to Jillian that I would call and give a date when I would be ready. She was god with that. Two movers came out and evaluated. They were courteous, friendly and professional. They also moved us a few days later. They were just great and as far as I was concerned, the move was painless. This may be the third or fourth time I've used you since the middle of 2015. Each move has been excellent. We will continue to use you.

Overall, terrific job. Great movers on our day of the move! My two areas of feedback that need to be shared: 1) There was miscommunication/misunderstanding about what the company policies were before our move took place. We figured it out, and the rep did a nice job. It still would be good to make sure both parties clearly understand ALL aspects of a move.
2) We are literally 2 minutes from a Two Men moving location and booked two jobs, but are still being charged $200 for "travel". Our move is unique, but that is a lot of money, and makes me feel a bit jipped off, when the workers used very little gas to help us move.

Very overpriced and hidden travel charges which were NOT disclosed prior to final billing. Very dissatisfied and will NEVER use again.

If I could give the two men that came out and moved our furniture a higher than an excellent rating I would they were very courteous and Beyond excellent at their job I would definitely recommend them to anybody that is moving or have any job for them to do words cannot express how great they did their job and how fast if I can give them a bonus I would and the people we called to get the estimate were very good at their job too and very pleasant I will definitely recommend your company to anybody

I moved on a hot and humid day. I could not believe how fast and hard working the movers, Marcus, Mike, and Scott were. They never stopped or took a rest. They showed up on time, and I was so amazed at their energy and hard working ethics. Not to mention this included going up and down flights of stairs. I usually don’t write reviews, but this move was such a positive experience because of this company and crew. If you want great service, I would call this company. Tabitha, The office representative, helped me set up the move and select how many hours I would need . She was wonderful. Everyone was professional, friendly, hard working, and the price was right in my budget. Don’t even think twice when you are deciding on a moving company. Two Men and a Truck is the right “MOVE”.

The men were early on arrival and moved quickly, and full of energy. The men adapted to requests from the elderly owner being moved who was nervous about her belongings.
