Just wanted to follow up and let you know what an amazing job your employees did. Your workers were amazing. Hardest working guys I have ever seen. I can’t say enough about how good their customer service was and making sure everything was just right. I also appreciate management addressing my concerns after the first day. Moving is stressful, thanks for making it a little less so.

Our moving team of Jonathan, Taylor, and Dale was fantastic! They were careful with our items and very efficient. They were also fun to interact with, and you can tell they worked well together.

We have another move scheduled and would like to have them on that job as well!

Ferris and Michael were outstanding! Professional, fast, helpful and very kind.

The moving team was awesome and so polite! One issue we did encounter was that there was a lot of boxes that didn’t fit into the truck. Potentially packing of the truck didn’t seem to be packed to capacity.

The team was courteous, respectful and even funny. They worked hard but fast. It is great to see young men that take pride in their work. And most importantly they worked as a team.

The crew that was sent to our home was very inexperienced. They did not work well together as a team and were very inefficient. A lot of wandering around and not knowing what to do contributed to additional moving hours. NO floor coverings were used throughout the home. Footprints and dolly wheel marks were left on the hardwood floors and carpeted areas throughout. Carpets required cleaning.

The moving guys were amazing. We had many large heavy pieces of furniture and they had to come out of our downstairs up 3 set of steps via decks. They took great care in wrapping glass pieces. Even took a mattress set to our storage locker. ALL I CAN SAY THEY DID A TERRIFIC JOB. I also felt the fee to move was reasonable. Thank you so much!!!!
