Our original move date we experience 8 in. of snow. The truck could not get up the driveway and eventually got stuck. However, the crew and office team did a great job getting us rescheduled. The crew worked at a good pace all day to get everything done as quickly as possible.

My only complaint would be that they did not put down carpet protectors during the move out process like they did on the move in process.

Very satisfied from beginning to end with the experience of using 2 men and a truck, Got the job done, well done.

Chris and Moses were a phenomenal team. They were able to complete so much in the 1 hour and 1/2 they were at my home. They were efficient, friendly, and professional. I was surprised though by one thing. I had used the same office for a move in Aug, 2016, but they did not have my info (address, phone number, email address) and so I had to repeat all of that. I would think that repeat business is important so making this process easier would be a great improvement. I will definitely and have recommended your services to my friends and family. In fact, I did so just in the last week.

The moving team was courteous and friendly. They were very considerate of my elderly parents and worked very efficiently. Thank you!

Wow! We could not have asked for a better experience! From the moment we first called the office, your service was fast, informational, and easy to understand. The gentleman who came for a site quote, Ben, was great and the followup adjustments to that quote made sense and were reasonable. We had a snowstorm on the day of the move, but the movers did not seem to mind. When they arrived at our old location, they evaluated the situation (including a TINY elevator) and decided they would require more than one truck, and a couple more movers. The manager, Andrew made that happen quickly, and we were on the way. Randy, the lead driver/mover was AWESOME, very efficient, strong, and organized. All movers were all so polite, and fun, and kept their energy up until the move was complete. Thanks!!!!

The movers did a good job but when it came to the billing first of all it was more than I was quoted I signed for one amount and the company just went ahead and charged my credit card a different amount more without any phone call to why not happy at all with this. If this does not get resolved I will not use them to move me back into my house nor will I refer them to anyone!

The guys did a great job and were finished at a good time. They were very nice. They were a pleasure to work with.

At every point in the process, from FIRST CONTACT through POST-MOVE PAPERWORK, the staff exceeded my expectations. Moves are stressful, and TMAAT was one aspect of my move that I did not have to worry about. The staff (office staff and movers) did a excellent job managing my expectations via thorough communication (there's no such thing as too much communication), putting a smile on my face with their positive and energetic attitudes, and taking good care of my items and the homes I was moving out of and into. I like the fact that TMAAT is locally owned instead of a massive, soul-less corporation. Business owners are what made our country great, not corporations and chains. Anyway, that was important to me when selecting a moving company. I will definitely hire TMAAT for my next move!
