Our crew, with 3 men and a truck were so polite, so professional and so personable I felt we hit the jackpot. All 3 men were hard workers, took extreme care in moving things that were important to my parents, asked appropriate questions and promptly carried through on the responses. They maximized their useage of time and never once stood still. I/we, quite honestly, felt that they put the satisfaction in Customerservice and we were thrilled. Their work was pure professionalism and when the time comes to move the excess from the storage unit in Burnsville to our home in Wisconsin, I hope that we will be assigned the same crew. They made a very difficult day much more tolerable

They were always thinking ahead, they packed the truck with true expertise, and were so happy, respectful, and professional. I'd invite them to Christmas if it wouldn't seem like a weird thing to do! :)
