I was a little worried going into moving day as my rep told me 2 men would be fine and the operations team kept saying 3-4 for the size of our move. As it turned out, the two movers we had worked out great and were done much earlier than we anticipated. Our big screen did not fit in the truck, but they left it all wrapped and ready for moving. The movers were awesome, very upbeat and helpful with anything we asked. I would definitely use them again.

Our moving team was called to another job and our move was not completed.

Brandan and Mike were amazing to work with. They were very efficient and friendly. I would recommend them as movers to anyone!

Unfortunately I wasn't there when Two Men and a Truck did my move. However my sister and my daughter were and they say that you guys were really really good you were very careful courteous helpful, and I would definitely recommend you to anyone

The moving crew we worked with was very polite, motivated, and took great care of our items overall. We had a lamp that broke upon arrival at our home and they were quick to explain how the process would work and they cleaned up the glass quickly which was appreciated. The problem is with the follow-up. I was told I would get a call the next day and I didn’t hear from anyone until nearly a week later. When asked how much we paid for the lamp, I was told they couldn’t find a replacement and that I would be reimbursed less than half of the price we paid. It took us 3 minutes of looking online to find an almost exact replacement. It has now been 11 days and I still haven’t heard back and this matter remains open. This is NOT good customer service. Why did we pay for an insurance plan?

The moving team was outstanding. They were professional, courteous, on-time, worked very hard, and were fun to have help us with our move. If I have to move again, I would ask for the exact same team as I know they will get-it-done and with quality and care.

Movers was so nice.. the problem was is the tv broke they didn't tell me. then i called the office no reply.
