1st call was great. Then a no show at my home. Once I called back, attitudes and information changed. Confirmations and verifications were difficult at the least to receive. Next time I called to ask about confirmation, no reservation had been made but we had already made a deposit. The movers broke a few things, left us early creating a 14 hour hardship on us back at our home. Can't share this story enough. It was horrible. The movers tried to get in a day early, while we were still at the other home, packing and looking for storage at 11 PM at night. They unloaded at our home OK, but everything up to that point still has me in tears.

I hired you because you had availability and when hiring I explained that we needed tools to disassemble beds. There were no tools and when I called it would be at least 20 minutes for someone to bring the tools. I told the movers that and they informed me that it would be closer to an hour before anyone could be there and so they told them not to come because they would maneuver them around doors and walls. In the meantime my husband found his drill for two of the beds and spent his work time disassembling them. He did not have the proper tools for the other two beds which are the ones they half took apart and maneuvered causing damage to both the beds and walls/door jams of our rebuild. Also, since they didn’t have tools, they left the bed half unassembeled in the room for us to find

Our movers were absolutely phenomenal! It was extremely hot out during the move but that did not slow them down in the least. They were so kind and courteous and truly did exceptional work. I am so impressed by how quickly they worked and how well they worked as a team. I don’t plan on ever moving again, but if I do I will for sure hire Two Men and a Truck again!

We had a two part move: First from out of State back to Minnesota to unload at one address and then pick up a few items to take to another address. It was a long day and Chris and David just kept going. When it came time to make the last delivery, they ran into time restrictions and could not make the delivery that night. They stayed while I called the other party and confirmed an early morning delivery for the next day. They did exactly that the next day and everything was done on time. Great crew and great job.

We could not be more pleased with Two Men and a Truck. They were on time (early actually, which we were happy with), friendly, hard working, and professional. They made moving so much easier and less stressful. We will definitely use them again in the future!
