It took TWICE as long as it should have. TWICE TWICE TWICE. I think they waisted a LOT of time and that was with seven of my friends helping move boxes, etc. down the steps because elevator was broken. They helped for entire move out and part of move in. TOO TOO TOO TOO TOO TOO SLOW. I WANT A PARTIAL REFUND.

the lady who took my order messed the whole day up by only sending 1 truck and 4 guys, we ahd to bring in another truck just to finish the same day and it ended up costing double what i was quoted!
