The whole experience was good. Andrew in the office walked us through each step then followed up in email. Movers Josue and Cole were great! They called 1/2 hour before arriving, did a careful walkthrough, then wrapped everything before loading up. They communicated each step of the way. Thanks for taking the stress out of our move!

This was the best decision I made when I decided to move. They actually brought over three men (and a truck). They we super efficient and did in 4 hours what would have taken me days to complete. I'd recommend the on-line inventory "tool" to also help organize your move. It pointed out a lot of things I was not prepared to consider. Thank you !!! - Rick - Apple Valley

In a panic I called Two Men and a Truck in Edina. I left my number and briefly included a message. I did not hear from this office until the end of the day. By then I had called upon the Shakopee office of Two Men and a Truck. Misty picked up the phone and, after efficiently collecting the appropriate information, scheduled my move for the next morning! Misty and Luke were courteous and so efficient. They followed up on everything and were incredibly prompt. The movers were out the next morning at the time discussed and the move went smoothly. Thank you to the Shakopee group for accommodating us so quickly!

We had packers come one day and movers the next. The packers did not do enough and then the movers were far behind. It ended up costing much more than planned as they did not estimate correctly. We even agreed for extra services the day or and extra movers. I spoke to Dan who assured me he would follow up. And i still have not heard any follow up 11 days later. The second team was rushed and did not put things where we wanted and in fact did not even finish moving items. I still am waiting for foow up or how Dan can make this right, especially since it costed much more than i was quoted as an estimate.

Great guys. Worked efficiently and carefully. Left some eqipment behind snd left some furniture wrapped and one large item was not moved to location requested. When i called they agreed to come back. Overall excellent service

Basically I was impressed with the services from two men and a truck. I was rather disappointed when they were unable to reassemble a computer desk and bed headboard. In order to help the movers out, some of my family members disassembled the headboard and desk--therefore they said they could not reassemble either item because they did not take the items apart.
I also did not have a person come out and talk to me about options available for moving services. I was just given a Quote and short description of services.
Overall, I was satisfied with their services.

I picked this company because of the price, although I wasn’t thrilled to see another fee racked on after the move in was completed. There were two men helping me unload a pod. One was fantastic, communicated well and was working quickly. The other was very slow and wasn’t in much hurry. He also want able to lift my couch resulting in him banging up my wall which has since been fixed by your contractor. Overall things went well.

The 3 men that moved us were very professional and respectful. They work at a fast space non stop and handled our items with great care. I'd hire them again in a heart beat!
