The moving crew was very inexperienced. They were slow, banged into walls, broke off part of a stair railing (did not tell me - I noticed it and had to ask for the part that was in his pocket). Alex took a photo of the gun safe they were moving (thought this was very unprofessional) and he asked to put food in my refrigerator. Had to hire 3 guys to move a safe and it turned out they needed to send 2 "experienced guys" from the office to move it. They were so slow - walking around in circles. I moved all my boxes to the driveway to have it staged for them and make it easy. Big mistake to send 3 newbies to the field with no supervision. It was so obvious they needed training. Zach on the crew tried really hard and was very polite. Brandon needed direction but was courteous. Alex was poor

The lead, Josario (Im sure I butchered his name here) - he was excellent. He was very communicative, lead his team well and all the while busted his butt to get it done. The other three were also great. I was very impressed with their overall attitude - many smiles and good words from all of them all day. I was overly impressed with the level of protection they put on the carpet and how very little scuffs or dents were incurred at origin or destination. This team made a highly stressful process very easy & I would highly recommend them to anyone...

Your office staff kept getting our phone number wrong and failed to follow through on multiple requests for assistance and information. This forced us to make multiple calls to get the same information we expected after 1-2 calls. It also led to your movers not having the right phone number so they could not call ahead to let us know they were coming.
The attitude of your movers was awesome but they lost two items and we've not been able to get the office staff to help us find out what happened. Also your movers had problems contacting us via cell phone when nobody else has had problems contacting us that day.

There was damage to a piece of furniture and a wall. If office staff had advised emptying drawers instead of saying to maybe remove items from top drawer only, incident probably wouldn’t have happened. Movers did the best they could but could have been more careful. Office staff returned call immediately and furniture and wall were repaired within two days. Repairman was skilled and efficient.

My intitial beef with your company is the handling of damaged property. My fridge was damaged by the movers. Not intentionally but it happened. Office and staff was a complete waste of time and so was the repairman that came out. So I spent $200 on a motherboard and probably more to get my fridge working, no thanks to you. My mom also tipped the movers $50 each. I will say don’t contact me unless you are going to help get my fridge fixed. Other than that I will tell any and all people not to use your service.

I hope this email goes to corporate so they can handle things for that Burnsville branch because they are horrible to deal with.

Overall great experience across the set-up, moving out of our house and moving into our new home. All 3 teams that helped us were very professional and efficient. Very pleased with the work. Only call-out was an incident which left one of our walls with minor damage. Accident by the team and they owned up to it, but just waiting to hear back on next steps to fix our wall. Beyond that, great experience and happy with the service.

The two "men/boys" that showed up didn't seem to know what they were doing on first impression.They attempted to move the large couch into the house by carrying it up a hill and through the front door.It obviously wasn't going to fit just by looking at it.I had told them to move it through the back which eventually they did.In the process they tracked in mud into both lower and upper level of my home and scraped the leather furniture with the concrete on patio downstairs and my front steps.They also tore part of my door off when moving it into the house.The guys were friendly enough but it was a disappointing experience compared to my previous experience which was above excellent.Not to mention the unexpected damages.

Movers were late, got lost, stuck van in mud by making wrong turn. We had to call office to find them and assist getting them back on the road. Most furniture arrived damaged. Some lost. An oil painting punctured. It has been a nightmare.
We hired Two Men and a truck because we had used them before and had no problems and because of the excellent reputation that they have. Our frustration, anger and disappointment knows no bounds.

The moving team was very cordial but to slow and damaged (broke) on of my most expensive furniture pieces. I didn’t get a call back after the damage. They took the broken furniture and At this point I don’t know the status of it.

I was assured on the phone when booking that it would be after 2 pm. They showed up at 1pm and when they called the number they said they got voicemail. Although the receiving the call did not get the call or show that it was missed. In turn we were charged for an hour where the movers sat in the truck. In addition 3 walls had nicks out of them on the receiving end of the move. I emailed and no one emailed me back. I called and left a message. My message was not returned. I am not happy with the move.
