I did call twice but did not leave a message. It may be helpful to have more staff to answer calls immediately.

Movers were slow. Time was wasted. They fitted the items in the space but at the end were careless with the goods. I went ahead to open the gate area while they finished up, but they left all the doors open to my apartment and to the secure building. Everything was to open to everything. Fortunately my cat stayed put and nobody entered my apartment.

The 3 movers were friendly, efficient and respectful. Moving from our apartment on the 8th floor to a townhouse went very smoothly. It was stress-free for my husband and me. We are very thankful for your service.

I was very happy with the service! I needed heavy furniture moved throughout the house. When I called to set-up the appointment, I was provided great options and scheduling was easy. They day of the service, the two guys kept me informed of their arrival, they arrived on time and did a great job! I even had them "re-move" an item and they did so without any complaint :o)

They showed up at the beginning of their arrival window and we’re very professional. They were also very gentle with all our furniture and fragile items. We were moving our three bedroom one bathroom house which took about 6 hours total. I will definitely utilize this company again. Highly recommended.

Very polite and respectful staff. I’m hindsight would have supervised the packing team a little closer. Some boxes with glass on the bottom and Willy-nilly combinations of items. Not a deal breaker though. Would recommend to a friend but suggest that they oversee things more than we did.
