I had a wonderful moving experience with Two Men and a Truck. From the initial phone call to set up the move, to the actual move itself, everyone was polite and answered all my questions/concerns. The movers were polite, conscientious, and worked efficiently to move all items. Have used your company for previous moves and this was the best experience yet. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them!

As indicated through the survey we were very satisfied with this experience. The movers were professional and handled our items with exceptional care and protection. The estimate provided was very low compared to the actual charge but this is an observation not a complaint.

Office staff andquot;wildlyandquot; exaggerated the estimated needed time for the move. I understand it better to over-estimated, but to triple the time? I was very happy with all other aspects of the move; emailed paperwork, advanced courtesy call, movers arrival time, the total move, and the final price.

Two Men and a Truck made the whole moving process stress free, Steve in the office was great.
The movers were very efficient.

The person on handling the phone (Steve) made booking the service very easy.
The drivers were great. Very courtesy ,professional and helpful.
Would definitely use service again.

My experience with Steve was very poor. He claimed that he would be taking care of my move, gave him all necessary information, where items were stored and where they wouls be movibg too. Steve assured me that he would make sure that someone would meet my son and evulate the items. Set a schdule for monday , January 15th at 10:30 in the morning. No one showed or called.
However, when i called back Kevin was superior and very professional. Apologized for what had occurred and personally came out to the storage, called me the sane day with a price and we were able to set the move up. Would highly recommend Kevin. Steve never, not once did he ever return my numerous phone calls. The day of the move went smoothly and would recommend both movers

I THINK THE LOADING PROCESS WAS A BIT ON THE SLOW SIDE AND RUNNING OUT OF TH ROOM ON THE TRUCK AT 11PM WAS NOT VERY GOOD EITHER.

Movers couldn't wipe feet on scrap rugs I provided. Had to have carpet and hard floors cleaned after they left. Marked one couch with grease streak which a manager attempted to clean. Was partially successful. Fabric cleaning company was to call for follow up, never did. Crew broke a light cover. Manager was to replace, has yet to. Been almost two weeks. I have given up that they will do it. Probably best not to contact me again. I think they may have called while I was working to try and resolve, but didn't leave a voicemail, so I am not sure. Will not recommend them to anyone.

The movers were excellent. Courteous, professional, and finished the job ahead of schedule.

I was very happy with my move, Mr. Haley and Mr. I believe his name was Davante, were very professional, courteous, took great care to pad and wrap fragile glass items and my WHITE leather chair, which by the way arrived in andquot;pristineandquot; condition, did not have to wipe it down or clean it.
This move was my 4th move with Two Men and a Truck and I have been very satisfied with each move. Kathi
