The two men that move me you were excellent. The office people that scheduled someone to come out and look at my stuff never showed up two times in a row. Had to email my contract on a Saturday so they could make sure I was moved Monday because that's what I scheduled

The overall execution of my move was excellent. They only took 15 minutes longer than quoted, which I was ecstatic about. However, there is a major lack of communication between the office staff and the actual movers. I told multiple office staff members that our move would require the movers to disassemble a table and I even emailed them pictures so the movers could prepare in advance. When the movers came on move day, they told me they had no idea they needed to disassemble anything and looked at the table like it was some sort of foreign object that would take much time to figure out how to disassemble. Was very disappointed by this. Not the movers' fault, though. They did what I asked and the job got done. Thanks gentlemen!

Biggest problem was reaching the office. That was a pain - no one ever answers the phone...must leave a number and wait for callback. I had tried to schedule something the previous week...called two offices; this one and Troy. Never heard back.
The following week, this office called back, and we were able to schedule Saturday afternoon. The drivers showed up early. Both guys were very nice, VERY professional. Enjoyed working with them both.

Not satisfied with the service. Rushed job because co worker not available to assist. Excuses!

Overall great service. Jerid was very courteous and helpful. He pointed out damage that he and his partner had done (large chip of wood off of dresser leg) I sent photos to him, but don't have a status update on when the repair will be made?

All I can say is andquot;Wow!andquot; Jamaal and Durrel were punctual-they showed up ON TIME; they were courteous and polite; they were respectful and professional. Two Men and a Truck should clone them... and give them a raise! They worked HARD and FAST!
These young men treated my family and our furniture (some of it heavy) with such respect. They were very careful.
Because of Jamaal and Durrel, I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck in the future, and I will recommend TMAAT to others.
