Nice guys - a marble table I've had for years wasn't strapped down correctly and shattered during transport. Same thing happened when you moved me two years and no compensation for it. Can I get some re-imbursement for it???

The ladies I spoke to to schedule my move were delightful and helpful. I usually hate scheduling thing over the phone, but both ladies made the process enjoyable.
The two gentlemen that completed the move arrived earlier than expected. And worked quickly in order to keep the cost down. They were friendly and very professional. They did a fantastic job.

The three young that you provided were very professional and nice, they Made my move easier than I thought it would be. Thank you

I had a horrible experience with your services, first of it took me three times to get a hold of anyone in the office. Then you sent me a trainee on his first day that did not know how to move large furniture and slowed the entire moving process down. The movers ran short on time and were unable to move half of my items that I listed to the office staff. The movers also spent a lot of there time giggling while moving the items. They left two of my belonging on my driveway after spending maybe 5 minutes attempting to move them into my house and didn't even offer to move them into my garage. Finally the job took twice as long as I was quoted (for only completing half the job), doubling my quote. I will not be recommending your services to my family and friends after the experience.

The person who did the on-site walk thru estimate did not include a significant portion of my things on the list. So when the movers arrived, they did not expect the number of items to be as large as it was. Once this issue was resolved, and it was resolved quickly and professionally, the movers got to work and did a fantastic job. The three men who moved me were outstanding. They were polite, professional, hard working, and efficient. I highly recommend those men!

Two Men and a Truck made our move easy and explained everything to us so that we could understand as we have never used a moving company before.

We thought the team was very good. We had some extra assembly & dis-assembly we needed, and they happily took care of it all....even re-placing and moving items twice! Had a smile on their faces. The driver was very accommodating as was his helper Keith. Keith worked his butt off and is "strong like bull"! Very happy with the move other we would have liked a notification they were on the way, as our stated start was a 2 hr. window it would have been nice if dispatch would have notified us they were coming about 1:00 as opposed to 2:30. No big deal Great crew.

Overall experience was great! The movers, Washington JR and Atkins, were quick, courteous and professional. They had no complaints and handled all of our items with care. We couldnt have asked for much more from a them and the company.

They showed up on time and were very courteous. I was very happy that they wrapped everything very carefully and carried out slowly. I would recommend two men and a truck to anyone and especially the two men that moved me. I think the one that was driving was Chris, but they were both excellent
