The office staff was excellent. The movers were courteous.
However, after moving items out of my apartment, I stopped by my ATM on the way to my new home and took out money because I did not have ANY in my purse. I arrived to my new home at 12:30p.m. And the movers had just arrived with their truck to unload my belongings. I set my purse by the front door. At 2:15p.m. I went to my purse to retrieve money to tip them. $60 was missing.

The movers were extremely friendly and professional. We unfortunately had a incident where our tv broke during the move. Even though the situation was upsetting to us the movers and office staff were so professional about it and understanding. I still highly recommend this company because the professionalism. Will 100% use them again.

The truck showed up later than schedule cause driver said office give him wrong order of 1st and 2nd stop. Wood furniture has several cracks after reassembly, several small damages were made to the house's wall and curtains during moving.
the carpet protecting shield cover is not working cause it only covers a small footprint of all the places workers stepped onto.

The movers were super nice and That is the only reason I provided a small tip. Unfortunately, they dropped my furniture. They even dropped while I was on the phone with a rep. After leaving and I was setting up I noticed so many scratches and knicks on my furniture that used to be in excellent condition. My bed has screws coming out of it, which I scratched myself on. I am not sure why he replaced the screws this way. Both movers had been employed under 4 weeks and they should not pair two new staff- organization fault. In sharing my concerns I’ve received poor customer service with lack of follow up from emails, etc. This is 180 degree difference than my last experience. I’m super disappointed and unhappy and would not recommend this company to anyone. I’m hoping this can be resolved.

The 3 movers wanted the hand truck to do the work, even on the curved stairway. A heavy armoire fell out of their hands and down the stairs. Drywall at top of a doorway was damaged when a large china cabinet did not quite fit through the doorway. Numerous drywall divets and scrapes occurred. Some furniture pieces could have used more protective plastic wrapping. We used the Flint branch of this company, and it was great. The experience depends on your particular crew. Our crew needed more training and oversight.

Overall ok job.
Hole through a major piece of furniture, been a week with no response after reaching out to manager.
Took 4 hours longer than originally quoted. Paid approx. $400 than anticipated.

The movers called ahead and they were about 15 minutes away. They put a blanket down to ensure that on the boxes were taken and then out of the apartment that the carpet was not affected. I was moved in a timely and efficient manner. My movers were friendly and professional at all times .

I could not be happier with the Team Two Men and A Truck sent us !! they were FIRST CLASS Hard Workers....they understood the mission and got it accomplished. Excellent Job !

Everything went good during the move, it wasn't until the movers left and hit a parked car in my parking lot that one of the movers got pretty unprofessional, using vulgar language w/ a security guard. The movers banged up my furniture a bit, but understandable since they had to use an elevator to get to an apartment. My bed was put back together incorrectly and loosely. One thing that wasn't clear to me was the price at the end. I was told the $200 deposit would be applied to my moving fee, & when i signed for payment @ the end of the move, the gentleman told me "your total is $$", thinking that was the overall grand total without the $200 being applied yet. Just a little misunderstanding bc it was the total after the $200 was already applied. That could have been explained better.
