Your staff is hard working and polite. I misunderstood how many cabinets needed to be moved. Thought there were 2 cabinets, but then found out there were over 12 cabinets that needed to be moved. Whoops! Your courteous staff moved the cabinets and did not complain.

Things were frustrating because I had two moves set up and the days were reversed so the movers had to complete all the paperwork. It seemed on the days the moves went well but trying to unpack has been very difficult as things were taken off the truck in piles of boxes that were marked to go to different rooms but were only placed in one room. Also a picture glass was broken, as well as a coffee pot and a fairly expensive older bookcase. I found all this to add to an already extremely stressful move.

The 2 young men that arrived were very professional at all times. They took great care with my furniture. They worked efficiently and did not waste anyoneandamp;acirc;€™s time which I appreciated. They packed my storage area perfectly and i know we all thought andamp;acirc;€œno way will all this fitandamp;acirc;€, but they made it work. I would definitely use them again .

I had a wonderful moving experience with Two Men and a Truck. From the initial phone call to set up the move, to the actual move itself, everyone was polite and answered all my questions/concerns. The movers were polite, conscientious, and worked efficiently to move all items. Have used your company for previous moves and this was the best experience yet. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them!

As indicated through the survey we were very satisfied with this experience. The movers were professional and handled our items with exceptional care and protection. The estimate provided was very low compared to the actual charge but this is an observation not a complaint.

Office staff andquot;wildlyandquot; exaggerated the estimated needed time for the move. I understand it better to over-estimated, but to triple the time? I was very happy with all other aspects of the move; emailed paperwork, advanced courtesy call, movers arrival time, the total move, and the final price.
